You’ll have –

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills, or the ability to successfully transfer your qualifications through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process
• Prior experience working with safety equipment’s maintenance is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to being customer focused with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• High attention to detail and ability to comply with Qantas Maintenance procedures
• An understanding of the obligations on employees and employers required by the relevant regulators including CASA, FAA and WorkSafe
• The ability to work to tight timelines with minimal supervision
• Flexibility with the ability to meet changing departmental requirements
